Delivery timeframe
We deliver all ordered items from the stock within 4 working days. Ordered products, that are currently out of stock, may take up to 10 days to be delivered. Private packaging
We value your privacy; each dakimakura is individually sealed in high-quality grey plastic bags to prevent the design from being visible, even if the packaging was accidentally opened.
Mix and match
To optimize our production process and reduce confusion in our factories, we are currently able to perform mixing and matching queries to increase productivity.
Refunds
Replacement if non-delivery or defects. 30- day return for whatever reason.
